What we collect
We do not run user accounts, newsletters or advertising. Our contact form works entirely in your browser and sends nothing to our servers. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and the content of your message. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
How we use it and how long we keep it
We use emails only to reply to you and to improve our guides, for example when correcting an error you report. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it. Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for profiling.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for its use, by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you are in another jurisdiction, such as the EU or UK, you may have additional rights, which we will honour where applicable. You may also complain to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission.
